The Advances in Aesthetics and Oral Rehabilitation program, hosted by New York University College of Dentistry, covers aesthetic implantology, oral rehabilitation, composite restorations, digital dentistry, minimally invasive ceramics, and veneer preparation, from evidence-based protocols and advanced digital workflows to practical application through two hands-on workshops.
This is not a course built around a single technique. It is a comprehensive 360° experience that follows the entire protocol and clinical decision-making process behind modern aesthetic and restorative dentistry, from diagnosis and treatment planning to material selection, digital integration, and clinical execution.
You will deepen your understanding of the relationship between biology, prosthetics, and timing in implant rehabilitation, while learning how surgical and prosthetic planning can be integrated into a coherent digital workflow.
You will explore the modern indications for composite restorations, advanced layering techniques, and simplified protocols using next-generation materials to achieve natural, aesthetic, and reproducible results.
You will discover how facial data, intraoral scanning, and mandibular movements can be integrated to create a 4D virtual patient and develop functionally validated restorative treatment plans.
You will understand the clinical rationale behind no-prep and minimally invasive restorations and explore advanced techniques designed to achieve aesthetic results while preserving as much natural tooth structure as possible.
Two hands-on workshops will give you the opportunity to turn the concepts presented during the course into direct clinical practice, from no-prep ceramic restorations to guided, minimally invasive veneer preparation.
