Recently, I had the pleasure of attending an absolutely captivating course, “Immediate Dentoalveolar Restoration,” led by none other than Dr. Da Rosa, the developer of this technique. The three-day course was a true revelation and a profoundly educational experience.
Dr. Da Rosa was an exceptional instructor, passionately explaining how to approach and improve the treatment of compromised post-extraction sockets in the aesthetic zone. It was fascinating to see how, step by step, he guided us through the process of obtaining an autogenous bone graft from the maxillary tuberosity, making the procedure seem surprisingly simple.
