Dr. da Rosa pioneered a groundbreaking technique that expands the scope of immediate loading on individual teeth. This innovative approach allows for the reconstruction of compromised sites with bone loss and gingival recessions in a single surgical session, covering tooth extraction, implant placement, and provisional crown installation. This streamlined process minimizes interventions and ensures predictability in aesthetic outcomes. Termed Immediate Dentoalveolar Restoration or “IDR,” this technique represents a significant advancement in dental procedures.
