Digital technology involved strongly different dentistry areas bringing more opportunity in terms of treatment analysis and control simplifying the treatment steps. Also in bone augmentation procedure a computer guided approach for bone harvesting is changing the approach with multiple advantages. Aim of the lecture is to describe the in details the diagnosis phase as well as the surgical aspect related to a digital approach in the use of autogenous bone.
