The technique aims to reconstruct tissue losses in the same surgical session of implant placement and provisional crown installation, reducing the number of interventions and keeping predictability on esthetic aspects.
The Immediate Dentoalveolar Restoration (IDR) represents a paradigm shift in reconstructive implantology, optimizing the synergy between surgical precision and prosthetic design for immediate loading. By facilitating the simultaneous management of compromised alveolar architectures alongside implant placement and provisionalization, IDR bypasses the limitations of traditional staged grafting.
