Valentin’s experimentation mindset has led him to develop the CVO Methodology and cutting-edge technologies for experimenting online and in brick-and-mortar stores, being the first that enabled companies to optimize their customer lifetime value across all the touch points.

A lifelong entrepreneur, he has successfully built four companies, including his current venture, Omniconvert, which provides CRO and CVO solutions to retail giants like Avon, Patagonia, Auchan, and many others.

With an extensive experience of over 19 years in digital marketing, Raluca is deeply involved in the education and growth of e-commerce in Central and Eastern Europe, also being the Co-Organiser of GPeC – The Most Important E-Commerce Event in CEE and the founder of the MTH Digital – digital marketing agency for e-commerce.

Raluca Radu has been the Country Manager of ANSWEAR (the top online fashion retailer in Central and Eastern Europe) in Romania since its launch in the autumn of 2015.

During her career, Raluca was responsible for the launch of the online classifieds leader OLX.ro on the Romanian market and the for the successful growth of team forming of other online projects, while she was Country Manager for Naspers Romania.

Mihaela Mureșan is one of the top marketing and personal branding specialists on the Romanian market. Her over 24 years of experience in marketing span over various projects and industries, out of which 11 years have been spent growing the IKEA brand in Romania as Marketing Manager.

Before IKEA Mihaela previously worked at LG Electronics, Radio Contact, she launched Media Galaxy in Romania, IKEA in Romania and Croatia, the online shop of IKEA in Romania. In 2016 Mihaela launched the Brand Essence marketing agency which offers marketing and branding consultancy services for companies who are the scaling up stage, strategy workshops, employer branding mentorship programs and trainings, digital marketing and social media services.

In 2020 Mihaela also launched the Online Training Academy Brand Essence for all who want to learn marketing and strategic branding through intensive video traninings.
