COURSE DETAILS

The management of cases of varying degrees of complexity is a routine practice in our offices and where we often have to extreme our techniques to solve many miracles in a short period of time.

This conference brings up the possibility of stratifying our treatments, in order to make them safer, using hopeless teeth in a way that allows these biological miracles to have higher rates of predictability and reproducibility.

OBJECTIVES

Design ideal treatment planning and patient selection for implant treatments with soft or hard grafts planned in stages maintaining teeth that had extraction indication.
Get familiar with the concept of using helpless teeth as an advantage in favor of great biological aspects for the benefit of your patients.
Address different approaches in staged treatment in patients with single implants, partial and full arches indications.

Meet the speaker

Dr. Marcelo Ferrer received his degree in Dentistry and his title of Dental Surgeon at University of Chile in 2000. After his postgraduate training at Universidad Andres Bello he received his degree of Master in Dentistry with specialization in Periodontics and implantology.

With more than 17 years of teaching experience, he has been part of the faculty of the Prosthetics Dept. in the University of Chile, of the Adult integrated Preclinical Department in the Universidad Mayor and of the Faculty of Dentistry, University Andres Bello, in the area of Periodontics and Implantology, both in Pre and Postgraduate courses since 2003.

Currently, he exercises in his private practice and as National Director of the Postgraduate Course in Periodontics and Surgical Plantology at San Sebastian University. National and International Speaker for more than 10 years. Director of South Cone Implantology Training Center Chile and Dental Xp Expert for some years.

Dr. Ferrer is an active member of the American Academy of Osseointegration, member of the Society of Periodontology and of the Society for Prosthetics and Oral Rehabilitation of Chile.
