Achieving predictable success with implants in the esthetic zone remains a significant challenge despite advancements in techniques and guidelines. While single-tooth replacements can yield good results, restoring multiple adjacent teeth is far more complex. Current evaluation methods, such as the Pink Esthetic Score (PES), may not fully reflect clinical reality and need to be redefined for better outcomes.
This lecture will explore the limitations of current approaches, the challenges of achieving long-term esthetic success, and new strategies to improve predictability in implant therapy. Participants will gain insights into modern techniques, clinical decision-making, and patient-centered treatment planning to optimize results in demanding esthetic cases.
