Full-arch rehabilitation in patients with severely resorbed maxillae remains one of the greatest challenges in modern implant dentistry. But it doesn't have to be a challenge for you!

The "Advanced Full-Arch Rehabilitation Cadaver" course in advanced implantology, led by Dr. Riz Syed at the ICLO Teaching & Research Center in Verona on December 11–12, 2026, is designed to help you overcome this challenge. This intensive module offers a rare opportunity for hands-on cadaver training, where you will develop advanced, clinically relevant techniques for managing highly complex All-on-X rehabilitation cases, with immediate applicability in your daily clinical practice.

Why should you attend this course?

If your goal is to master the latest graftless solutions for full-arch rehabilitation (All-on-X) in your clinical practice, using zygomatic, pterygoid, trans-sinus (Nazalus protocol), and short implants, then this module is designed for you.

Under the guidance of Dr. Riz Syed, you will combine evidence-based advanced theory with intensive hands-on surgical training on cadavers. You will elevate your anatomical expertise in implant dentistry, master advanced surgical techniques for optimal implant placement and achieving high primary stability, and confidently plan predictable immediate loading protocols, even in the most complex anatomical scenarios.

Maxillary Prosthesis Supported By Zygomatic Implants

After completing this course, you will excel in:

  • Understand the maxillary anatomy relevant to implant placement in complex cases, including the zygomatic, pterygoid, and trans-sinus (Nazalus protocol) regions.
  • Identify the selection criteria for patients suitable for graftless full-arch rehabilitation.
  • Plan and implement full-arch rehabilitation strategies using a combination of implant solutions tailored to each clinical scenario.
  • Place zygomatic implants using appropriate and precise surgical approaches based on the patient’s anatomical characteristics, including intrasinus and extrasinus techniques.
  • Perform pterygoid implant placement with correct angulation and prosthetically driven positioning.
  • Apply trans-sinus implant placement techniques (Nazalus protocol) in cases of severe anterior maxillary resorption.
  • Use short implants effectively in cases with compromised bone volume.

Through the unique opportunity of hands-on cadaver training, you will build confidence in applying advanced implant placement techniques while gaining a deep understanding of the anatomical considerations, surgical decision-making process, and prosthetic principles required to achieve predictable outcomes in full-arch rehabilitation for your patients.
