Program Director, Prosthodontics Instructor in Restorative Dentistry and Biomaterials Sciences
Dr. Jason Lee received his undergraduate degree in engineering management systems from Columbia University. He was awarded his DDS from the Columbia College of Dental Medicine and completed a general practice residency at St. Barnabas Hospital in New York. He received advanced graduate training in prosthodontics at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine (HSDM), earning a Master of Medical Sciences (MMSc) and a certificate in prosthodontics. Upon graduating, he returned to Columbia University to join a fellowship program in surgical implantology. During this time, he also worked as a clinical assistant professor at the NYU College of Dentistry, teaching in the predoctoral program.
Lee joined the HSDM Department of Restorative Dentistry and Biomaterials Sciences as a full-time faculty member following the completion of his implantology fellowship. He is involved in the surgical and prosthodontic training of advanced graduate prosthodontic residents.
Lee practices prosthodontics and implantology in the Faculty Group Practice, with a special focus on esthetic rehabilitations and the comprehensive prosthodontic treatment of complex cases. He is a member of the American College of Prosthodontists, the Greater New York Academy of Prosthodontists, and the American Academy of Dental Science. His research interests include esthetics in dental implantology and the use of novel biomaterials in prosthodontics.
