Dr. Huzefa Talib an accomplished professional in the field of dentistry, currently serves as a Clinical Associate Professor at New York University College of Dentistry. In addition to his academic role, he holds the esteemed position of Assistant Chair of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and is the Director of the Advanced Clinical Fellowship in Oral Surgery.
He commenced his dental career with a degree in dentistry in India in 1998. He subsequently maintained private practices in Pune, India, Sharjah, UAE and Dubai, UAE prior to coming to the United States where he graduated from the Advanced Program in Oral Surgery for International Dentists/Royal College of Surgeons (RCSI) in 2010 and passed the Membership & Fellowship exams in 2009 and 2010, respectively.
He is a Fellow of the Faculty of Dentistry of the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland and a Fellow & Diplomate of the International Congress for Oral Implantologists. He has lectured nationally and internationally on a wide range of surgery topics, but his current interest is the development of artificial intelligence and robotics in the field of dental implantology.
